I was born to Swedish-American parents and grew up in Africa. I’ve spent the last 13 years working remotely and traveling and have set up two bases. One in Bali, Indonesia and one is Costa Rica.
Graduating from Montana State University with a liberal studies degree in the height of the 2008/2009 recession did not leave for much opportunity in the traditional employment market so I looked for opportunity elsewhere. After a year of working landscaping and in a ski shop, which allowed me to pursue my passion of skiing, I started an online custom suit company. We created an online customizer which clients could design and upload their measurements and we would ship directly to customers from our facility in Thailand.
During this time I picked up photography and designing websites which transitioned to living a digital nomadic lifestyle of traveling while working.
In 2017, I met Kelsey Braun and we launched TUK Watches, a minimal conscious watch company centered on the belief that water is a universal human right to which 844 million people lack access. TUK’s mission is to help solve this problem by donating a water filtration system for every watch sold.
In 2020, after nearly 20 years of investing, I used that capital to start designing and bringing to life the real estate projects that I always dreamed of.
